Noor Abdulla Al-Bastaki is a rising young artist who lives and works in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Her works of art have been featured in the Arab European Photo Festival in Hamburg, Germany, the Al Riwaq Art Gallery in Manama, the University of Bahrain, and the Sharjah Biennale, which is the largest art event in the Arab world. Her photographs and installations examine the uncertain future of Middle Eastern youth in the modern age, and looks deeply into the connection between those uncertain futures and the ecological reality of the region at large.
